Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance
- Serve as an internal and market brand ambassador while supporting social media engagement initiatives
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, organize shipments and transfers, reporting discrepancies and maintaining stockroom standards
- Manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support daily sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and collaborate with team members and management
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to all loss prevention guidelines
- Perform stock and receiving duties, including lifting and maneuvering merchandise up to 50 lbs occasionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock operations, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market landscape
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
- Ability to read price sheets, product release information, and utilize walkie-talkie communication systems
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom

Experience
Minimum 1+ years of retail experience in cashiering, stock operations, or sales, with preference given to candidates with background in luxury retail service environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
