Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated client service and personalised selling tailored to the Coach brand, cultivating long-term client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and conversion metrics during the temporary assignment or seasonal period.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and ready-to-wear; proactively educate clients on product features and brand heritage.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store POS and handle cash, credit and returns in accordance with company policy.
- Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and displays reflect brand presentation guidelines.
- Execute daily operational tasks including stock replenishment, inventory counts, receiving deliveries and accurate tagging.
- Participate in store events, private client appointments and targeted selling initiatives when required.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, security and compliance procedures and maintain confidential client information within CRM protocols.
Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the United States and flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in retail, fashion or merchandising is advantageous.
- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished professional demeanour.
- Demonstrable cash handling and POS transaction experience; attention to detail and reliability.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or coursework in fashion, merchandising or business preferred but not required.
