Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and provide personalized assistance throughout the store
• Operate POS systems accurately, manage cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in full compliance with established policies
• Process, receive, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage stock levels, replenish merchandise on the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and within the local community; support social media engagement initiatives
• Support sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and collaborate with team members and management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, sales, or equivalent), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and Internet applications
• Ability to read price sheets, product release sheets, and operate walkie-talkies
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service capabilities
• Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom with climbing, bending, and kneeling

Skills

Experience

Minimum one year of retail experience in roles such as cashier, stock associate, or sales associate, ideally within a luxury retail environment. A combination of relevant education and hands-on retail experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional retail training or customer service certifications are advantageous.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
