Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized shopping assistance
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally; support social media engagement and local market visibility
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain organized cash wrap areas, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted by policy
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Monitor stock levels, replenish merchandise on the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates as directed
• Support all sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and collaborate with team members and management
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock associate, sales associate, or equivalent)
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace landscape
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile point-of-sale systems, and internet navigation
• Ability to read and interpret price sheets and product release documentation
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Capacity to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
• Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, peak retail seasons, and public holidays

Skills

Experience

1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. Experience as a cashier, stock associate, or sales associate is valued. A combination of relevant education and practical retail experience will be considered.

Education

No specific formal education requirement stated; high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Retail training or certifications in customer service are advantageous.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
