Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, brand-standard customer service to drive conversion and foster long-term client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and personalised client engagement.
- Execute daily store operations including sales transactions, merchandising, and maintaining presentation standards.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, store leadership and external partners to ensure seamless service and operational continuity.
- Contribute to team performance by sharing product knowledge, participating in store initiatives and supporting inventory activities.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (college diploma) or higher.
- Minimum two years of retail or luxury sales experience.
- Demonstrable sales skills with a proactive, client-focused approach.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team spirit and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail or luxury sales experience, preferably within premium handbags, accessories or fashion brands.
Education
Associate degree (college diploma) or above.
