Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with Coach brand standards and values
- Contribute to team performance by achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets
- Execute daily store operations including merchandising, inventory management, and store maintenance
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, supervisors, and external business partners
Qualifications
- Diploma or associate degree or higher
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in retail or luxury goods sectors
- Strong verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated sales aptitude with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs
