Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in line with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Develop lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert omni‑channel opportunities.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock and support inventory cycles.
- Maintain visual merchandising, keep sales floor and stockroom organized and adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
- Adapt selling techniques to business needs, manage multiple customers on the floor and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with mobile POS, clienteling platforms and walkie‑talkie use.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail or fashion-facing experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
