Coach — Temporary Sales Associate (Part‑time) in Woodstock, GA. Deliver luxury client service and omni‑channel sales using mobile POS and clienteling tools.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Create personalised client experiences through styling, product expertise and fashion advice to build long‑term relationships and repeat business.
- Drive revenue through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture client data, convert sales and encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and follow up with prospective clients to close transactions.
- Maintain high energy and multitask on the sales floor while adapting selling techniques to fluctuating business needs.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while upholding service standards.
- Ensure sales floor and stockroom are clean, organised and properly stocked; follow POS, retail and asset protection procedures.
- Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and support inventory cycles—receive shipments and manage product movement.
- Assist teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and foster a collaborative, trust‑based team environment.
- Accept feedback, adapt behaviour, and maintain a calm, professional demeanour with customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop); experience using Mobile POS.
- Familiarity with clienteling practices and data acquisition techniques; social media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Ability to operate walkie‑talkie and read price/release sheets accurately.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend and manoeuvre within sales floor and stockroom environments.

Experience
Minimum one year of sales experience; prior exposure to luxury or premium retail environments preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail/fashion coursework advantageous. Combination of education and relevant retail experience accepted.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
