Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a frontline ambassador, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive clienteling to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals by executing personal sales plans, cross-selling, upselling, and meeting KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live demos) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Manage transactions and omni-channel fulfilment efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Support daily store operations: inventory receiving, replenishment, stockroom organization, visual merchandising and asset protection procedures.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, handle multiple clients, adapt selling techniques to business needs and support teammates across functions.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and demonstrate professional composure.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop/Mobile POS); basic computer proficiency.
- Clienteling and data-acquisition experience; social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physically able to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and perform stockroom duties.
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail or brand experience is preferred. Demonstrated use of POS and clienteling technology, experience with social/video selling, and a track record of meeting sales KPIs are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
