Coach in Toronto, Canada is hiring a part-time Sales Associate (Temporary) at CAD $17.60–$22.00/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer service in accordance with brand standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet personal and store KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and standard POS systems to process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently.
- Leverage clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream formats) to capture customer data and convert leads.
- Perform daily operational tasks including inventory receiving, replenishment, visual merchandising, cash wrap duties and asset protection.
- Maintain an organized, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand training, inclusion initiatives and store-led campaigns; accept and act on feedback to improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail background preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and basic retail technology (mobile POS, iPad/laptop).
- Proficiency in English (strong verbal and written communication).
- Comfortable with social selling, short-form video or live-stream demonstrations (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasonal periods and public holidays.
- Capacity to lift regularly at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience and demonstrable clienteling or social-selling activity is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
