Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalized client service to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve or exceed daily and weekly sales targets through proactive selling and clienteling.

- Support visual merchandising standards: maintain floor sets, window displays and product presentation to brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory tasks including receiving, tagging, replenishment and stockroom organization.
- Assist with client outreach, appointment scheduling and follow-up communications to nurture leads.
- Participate in loss prevention and store security procedures, including safe handling of high-value merchandise.
- Provide seamless support during special events, product launches and peak trading periods as required by the store manager.
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the temporary assignment.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Demonstrated numeracy and experience handling cash and POS transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as merchandising and restocking.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1+ year of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury, premium or fashion brands. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch client service is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or customer-service training is advantageous.
