Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with Coach standards, cultivating strong client relationships and driving repeat business.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and personalised client engagement.
- Execute daily store operations, including merchandising, stock management and visual standards to maintain brand presentation.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, store leadership and external partners to ensure smooth operational coordination and superior customer experience.
- Integrate into the store team, participate in store meetings and support team initiatives to drive overall performance.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (college diploma) or higher.
- Minimum two years of retail or luxury-brand sales experience.
- Polite, professional and proactive demeanour with strong sales aptitude.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
