Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through product expertise, personalised styling, follow‑up and clienteling to drive repeat business.
  • Execute omni‑channel selling: process transactions, fulfil online pickups, support returns/exchanges and use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture customer data.
  • Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and deliver personal sales plans and meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Engage in social selling and short‑form video content to source new customers and support digital acquisition initiatives.
  • Support daily store operations including inventory receiving, replenishment, stockroom management, visual merchandising and asset‑protection procedures.
  • Maintain a high‑energy sales floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling approach to peak periods and business needs.
  • Contribute to team performance through collaboration, participation in training and brand initiatives, and by fostering an inclusive, feedback‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS (iPad/laptop); basic computer proficiency.
  • Physical ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
  • Strong English language proficiency. Preferred: experience with social selling, live‑stream shopping or video demos, and demonstrated clienteling/data acquisition skills.
