Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline brand ambassador, delivering Coach’s service and style standards to every customer interaction.
- Provide personalized styling and product advice to build long-term client relationships and loyalty.
- Drive sales through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling to achieve individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling (CRM) tools and social selling channels (including short-form video) to capture client data and stimulate repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute a personal sales plan aligned with store targets; proactively prospect and follow up on leads.
- Manage multiple customers in the selling area while adapting selling approach to traffic and business rhythm.
- Perform daily store operations including cash handling, POS transactions, inventory tasks, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Process purchases, returns, exchanges and click‑and‑collect orders efficiently while complying with POS and retail policies.
- Support stock management cycles: receiving, tagging, merchandising and tracking merchandise flow.
- Maintain a tidy, well‑stocked sales floor and warehouse; adhere to asset‑protection and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Collaborate across functions and assist teammates in other operational areas as required.
- Participate in brand events, training sessions and inclusion initiatives; accept feedback and adapt professionally.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (专科) or higher.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail or luxury brand sales.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; polished, professional demeanor.
- Customer‑centric, proactive and service-minded with strong selling capabilities.
- Team-oriented with the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, peak sales periods and public holidays as required.

At least 2 years of frontline retail or luxury sales experience with a track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality client service.
Education
Associate degree (专科) or higher.
