Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and brand heritage
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy and presence on the sales floor while managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Adapt selling techniques and approach to evolving business needs and customer preferences
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required to support store operations
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain composure and professionalism in all situations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems and basic computer competency (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
- Familiarity with walkie-talkie communication and ability to read price and release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
- Experience with clienteling and customer data acquisition (preferred)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience, with luxury retail preferred. A combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college education or relevant luxury retail certifications are advantageous but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
