Coach is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate in Schaumburg, IL (Woodfield). Hourly pay $15.00–$19.50. Join Coach's retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service consistent with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert opportunities.
- Operate transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) while following POS and asset protection procedures.
- Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom organization.
- Support inventory cycles and product movement; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and sustain a calm, professional demeanor.
- Perform physical tasks including regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifts up to 50 lbs; climbing, bending and kneeling as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience operating POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie-talkie.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physical ability to perform retail tasks including lifting, stocking and maneuvering inventory.
- Preferred: social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations, and clienteling/data-acquisition skills.

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail experience is preferred.
