Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary brand ambassador on the sales floor, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans.
  • Use Mobile POS, iPad and clienteling tools to capture customer data, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support omni-channel fulfilment.
  • Leverage social selling and short-form video to showcase product, source new customers and increase conversions.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including inventory receiving, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom organisation.
  • Maintain high energy and service standards during peak traffic periods; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
  • Follow retail policies and asset-protection procedures; support inventory cycles and loss-prevention practices.
  • Assist teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); familiarity with clienteling tools.
  • Strong English proficiency required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
  • Capable of regular lifting of 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and performing physical retail duties (climb, bend, kneel).
  • Social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demonstrations is preferred.
  • A combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Experience
