Coach is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate in Orlando, FL. Join Tapestry's Coach team to deliver luxury retail service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up.
- Drive sales performance by cross-selling, upselling and delivering tailored product recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video) to record client data and convert opportunities.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and contribute to team targets and initiatives.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, and follow POS and asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, process inventory, replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand training, inclusion activities and store initiatives while demonstrating a calm, professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie-talkie.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demonstrations is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to climb, bend and kneel.

Experience
Minimum 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience; prior luxury retail experience is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
