Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and tailored fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and recommendation strategies
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customer interactions, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked while adhering to retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage collective performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie operation, and ability to read price and release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
  • Luxury retail background preferred
  • Social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, clienteling, and data acquisition preferred
