Coach seeks a Part‑time Sales Associate in Oklahoma City to deliver elevated luxury retail service and drive omni‑channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and sustain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive loyalty and repeat sales.
- Drive revenue through consultative selling, cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream formats) to capture client data and convert sales.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap and follow POS and asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, replenish stock, process inventory and maintain high standards of visual merchandising and floor readiness.
- Maintain an organised, clean and well‑stocked sales floor and stockroom; adapt selling techniques to changing traffic and business needs.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales experience; luxury retail background preferred.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer/tablet use (iPad/laptop); familiarity with Mobile POS and clienteling tools.
- Social media savvy with experience or comfort using short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physically able to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre within the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of sales or retail experience; previous luxury or fashion retail experience is preferred. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and to operate within an omni‑channel retail environment is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail training or college coursework in a related field is advantageous and a combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
