Coach Sales Support Associate role in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. Part-time retail position offering $17.60–$22.00/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with policy
- Process shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to loss prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- 1+ year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, mobile POS, internet)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
