Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalised shopping experiences in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through product expertise, personalised styling, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert omnichannel opportunities.
  • Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock and support visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a high-energy sales floor: manage multiple customers, uphold asset protection and POS procedures, and keep sales floor and stockroom organised.
  • Support team performance through collaboration, participation in brand initiatives and training, and by modelling the company competencies.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS on iPad/laptop; comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Strong English proficiency required.
  • Social-media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend and manoeuvre throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

Minimum one year of sales experience, preferably within luxury or fashion retail. Experience operating POS and mobile devices, executing personalised sales strategies, and using clienteling or social selling tools is highly valued.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
