Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service consistent with the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and sustain client relationships through styling, product expertise, and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Drive omnichannel sales through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations, and achieve individual and store KPIs.
- Use Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert engagement into sales.
- Execute daily operational tasks: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage inventory cycles, receive shipments, and replenish stock.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and a well‑organized, clean sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.
- Adapt to shifting business needs and high‑traffic periods while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
- Hands‑on experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop); familiarity with Mobile POS and walkie‑talkie use.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social media savvy and experience with short‑form video or live‑stream shopping preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend and maneuver in a retail environment.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience is required; experience in luxury fashion retail and demonstrated success meeting sales KPIs is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or retail/customer service training preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
