Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and conversion of walk-in and appointment clients.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and ready-to-wear to support styling and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) transactions, process payments, returns and exchanges accurately while adhering to loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation, inventory accuracy and stock replenishment.
  • Record client interactions and sales activity in CRM, schedule appointments and assist with events and private client initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the store team to meet operational priorities, including opening/closing procedures and daily reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within luxury, premium or fashion brands.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deliver consistent results.
  • Trustworthy with experience in cash handling, POS operation and adherence to loss-prevention policies.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience

Typically 1+ year of retail sales experience, with preference for candidates who have worked for luxury or premium fashion brands and demonstrated consistent sales performance.
