Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, upholding the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards at all times
  • Build enduring client relationships through personalized styling advice, product expertise, and fashion consultation
  • Drive sales performance through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Leverage mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms—including short-form video content—to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; consistently meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
  • Prospect for new customers, cultivate relationships, and pursue follow-up activities to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the retail floor, manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business priorities
  • Execute daily operational duties including cash wrap procedures, inventory processing, merchandise replenishment, and visual merchandising while sustaining elevated service standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to retail policies, POS protocols, and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycle activities: receive shipments, stock merchandise, and manage product flow
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required to support overall store performance
  • Foster a collaborative and trust-based team environment; contribute to positive peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome constructive feedback, adapt behaviors as needed, and maintain composure and professionalism in all situations

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer competency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive market awareness
  • Experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, or social media selling (preferred)
  • Clienteling and customer data acquisition skills (preferred)
