Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service and delivering elevated, personalized client experiences.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data, generate sales and support omni‑channel fulfilment.
- Execute daily operational tasks including transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards, follow POS and asset-protection procedures, and support inventory cycles.
- Work collaboratively with teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven competence with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social media savvy with experience or willingness to perform live-stream shopping or video product demos (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and kneel in a retail environment.

Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience is preferred and will be considered an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in fashion, merchandising or retail management is a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
