Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked; follow retail policies, point-of-sale procedures, and asset protection guidelines
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors quickly, and maintain composure in a fast-paced retail setting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive market landscape
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and mobile POS technology
- Basic computer competency with iPad, laptop, and mobile retail applications
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Familiarity with walkie-talkie communication systems and ability to read pricing and release sheets
- Luxury retail background (preferred)
- Social media expertise and familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
- Proven clienteling and customer data acquisition skills (preferred)

The candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
