Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Create personalised styling experiences, build lasting client relationships and provide product expertise and fashion advice.
- Drive sales through proactive client acquisition, cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture client data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and follow up with prospects to close sales.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor with high energy and professionalism; adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory processing and replenishment.
- Maintain merchandising standards: receive shipments, stock shelves, execute visual merchandising and keep sales floor and stockroom organised.
- Adhere to retail policies, POS procedures and asset protection guidelines.
- Support teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and internal training, and contribute to an inclusive team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
- Familiarity with clienteling and data acquisition practices and the ability to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic retail environment and to maintain composure.
- Social media savvy; experience with live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations is desirable.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; prior luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
