Coach Temporary Sales Associate in Locust Grove, GA—part-time luxury retail role with competitive pay ($15–$24.25/hr) and benefits including insurance and tuition assistance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations to meet personal and team KPIs.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; source new customers and follow up to close sales.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked while following retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols.
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups.
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement.
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail background preferred.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop), mobile POS technology, and walkie-talkies.
- Ability to read price and release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or related fashion environment; demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets; experience with omni-channel retail operations and customer engagement strategies.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Locust Grove, Georgia, USA, with easy access to Atlanta.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
