Coach Sales Advisor

Role & Responsibilities

• Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product knowledge and follow-up to close sales.
• Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
• Sell across channels using Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video and live-stream shopping) to capture customer data and convert traffic.
• Process transactions and handle purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently and accurately.
• Support daily store operations: inventory receiving, replenishment, stockroom management and participation in inventory cycles.
• Maintain visual merchandising and floor standards; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and fully stocked.
• Adhere to POS, cash handling and asset protection procedures while completing operational tasks at the cash wrap.
• Collaborate with teammates, assist across functions, and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personalized sales plans.
• Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience using Mobile POS and walkie-talkie.
• Familiarity with clienteling, data capture and social selling techniques (short-form video, live-stream shopping preferred).
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in a retail environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Skills

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail, clienteling and social/live-stream selling is preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales KPIs and working in fast-paced store environments is expected.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
