Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Sales Associate in Landquart, Switzerland — part‑time role delivering luxury, omni‑channel client service at the Landquart Outlet.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through product expertise, personalized styling and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Drive sales performance through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture client data, close sales and support omni‑channel conversion.
  • Manage multiple customers on the sales floor with high energy; adapt selling techniques to match business needs and traffic patterns.
  • Perform daily store operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, manage product movement and maintain an organized stockroom.
  • Adhere to retail policies, POS procedures and asset protection protocols while maintaining store presentation standards.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, trust‑based team environment; assist teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviour professionally and participate in inclusion and development activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (mobile POS, iPad, laptop); comfortable using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy with experience or willingness to engage in live‑stream shopping, video demos and short‑form social selling (preferred).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail periods.
  • Customer‑centric mindset, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A combination of education and experience will be considered.
