Coach Sales Associate (Part-time) | Kaohsiung City, Taiwan Region – Drive luxury retail sales, build client relationships, and represent the Coach brand at Skm Park Outlet.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, upholding the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and embodying the brand's inclusive, courageous spirit.
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, comprehensive product expertise, and tailored fashion advice.
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and product recommendations tailored to individual client preferences.
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms—including short-form video content—to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; consistently meet or exceed individual and store-level KPIs.
  • Source new customers, maintain ongoing relationships, and follow up strategically to close sales.
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs.
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap management, inventory processing, merchandise replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining elevated service standards.
  • Maintain the sales floor and stockroom to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and stock levels; comply with all retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols.
  • Process transactions efficiently across all channels: purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups.
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, tracking product movement, and participating in full inventory counts.
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as needed to support overall store objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage high performance among colleagues.
  • Participate actively in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities.
  • Welcome and act upon feedback with a growth mindset, adapt behaviors as needed, and maintain composure and professionalism in all customer and team interactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience, with luxury retail background strongly preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and fundamental computer competency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS systems).
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret pricing sheets, release schedules, and operational documentation.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
  • Social media expertise and familiarity with live-stream shopping or video-based product demonstrations (preferred).
  • Experience with clienteling platforms and customer data acquisition methodologies (preferred).

Experience
