Coach seeks a Part-time Sales Associate in Jackson, NJ (Jackson Premium Outlets) to deliver omnichannel luxury clienteling and retail service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences consistent with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through product expertise, personalized styling and tailored recommendations to drive repeat business.
  • Drive sales performance by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert engagements into purchases.
  • Perform daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.
  • Adapt selling techniques to floor traffic, manage multiple customers simultaneously and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
  • Follow retail policies, POS and asset-protection procedures and safely handle physical tasks (regularly lift 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans; demonstrated clienteling and relationship-building capability.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and walkie-talkies.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Social-media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos and short-form content is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to perform physical retail tasks: lift, climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

Minimum of 1+ years of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail experience strongly preferred. Experience with mobile POS, clienteling, social selling and live-stream or video-based selling is advantageous.

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
