Coach Hong Kong seeks Seasonal Sales Associate at Ocean Terminal to deliver personalized luxury retail service and drive brand loyalty.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and maintain adherence to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to meet business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked in compliance with retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist team members in various functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm and professional demeanor

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor offerings
  • Experience with POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Proficiency with walkie-talkie communication and ability to read price/release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Experience
