Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Create personalized client experiences through styling advice, product expertise, and tailored recommendations to drive conversion and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; capture client data and follow up to close sales.
- Leverage omni‑channel tools — mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream formats) — to acquire and retain customers.
- Process transactions and service tasks accurately and efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickup).
- Support daily store operations: receive and process shipments, replenish stock, maintain visual merchandising and perform inventory cycles.
- Maintain a high level of floor presence and energy; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Adhere to store policies including asset protection, POS procedures and health & safety; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and merchandised.
- Participate in brand initiatives, product and inclusion training; coach and assist teammates in functional areas as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven competency operating POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with mobile POS workflows.
- Demonstrable clienteling and data‑capture skills; social media savvy with experience in short‑form video or live‑stream shopping preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Able to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling and climbing.

At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail, omni‑channel selling or social commerce is strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
