Coach seeks a Part‑Time Sales Associate in Fort Worth, TX to deliver elevated client service, support omni‑channel sales, and meet store KPIs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and nurture client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Execute omni‑channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and close sales.
- Achieve personal and store KPIs by developing and executing individual sales plans, cross‑selling and upselling.
- Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap and maintain POS accuracy.
- Support inventory and visual merchandising cycles: receive shipments, replenish stock, process inventory and maintain a well‑presented sales floor.
- Maintain a high level of floor energy, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs.
- Collaborate with teammates, participate in brand initiatives and training, and foster a trust‑based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven experience with POS operation and mobile POS devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with clienteling tools and social selling techniques preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience is required; previous luxury retail experience and exposure to social‑commerce or live‑stream shopping are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
