Coach seeks a Part-time Sales Associate in Folsom, California. Deliver elevated omnichannel luxury retail service and exceed sales goals.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences through styling advice, product expertise and relationship-building to drive loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by prospecting, cross-selling, upselling and executing tailored recommendations.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and support omnichannel transactions.
  • Execute daily store operations: cash wrap management, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, adhere to asset protection and POS procedures, and support inventory cycles.
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, contribute to a trust-based team environment and participate in brand initiatives and training.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of retail or sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven experience operating POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop devices and walkie‑talkies.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy with familiarity in short-form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
