Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked while following retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced retail setting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Proficiency with POS systems, mobile point-of-sale devices, iPad/laptop operation, and walkie-talkie use
- Ability to read price sheets and release schedules
- Strong English language proficiency
- Luxury retail background (preferred)
- Social media savvy and familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demonstration platforms (preferred)
- Experience with clienteling and customer data acquisition tools (preferred)
