Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and deepen client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
  • Drive sales performance via cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and team KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream shopping) to capture client data and convert interactions into sales.
  • Support daily store operations including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a high‑energy presence on the sales floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs.
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom organised and compliant with POS, asset protection and retail policies; assist teammates across functions as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities while accepting and acting on feedback to improve performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work to KPIs; social media savvy with experience in short‑form video or live‑stream demos is a plus.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using mobile POS, clienteling tools and walkie‑talkies.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre through sales floor and stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
