Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and maintain adherence to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advisory services
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat engagement
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
  • Source new customers, establish relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
  • Maintain energetic floor presence, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling approaches to evolving business requirements
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while preserving service excellence
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, cleanliness, and stock levels; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking merchandise, and managing product flow
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as operational needs dictate
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage collective performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Receive and integrate feedback constructively while maintaining composure and professionalism in fast-paced conditions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer competency (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
  • Proficiency with walkie-talkie communication and ability to read price and release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Physical capability to lift minimum 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and move throughout sales floor and stockroom
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and retail holidays
