Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in Chongqing, China — deliver luxury client service and omni-channel selling at Coach (Chongqing The Ring).
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line ambassador, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service and an elevated, personalized shopping experience.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video) to capture client data and close sales.
- Create and execute personal sales plans; prospect and source new customers to expand the store client base.
- Perform daily operational tasks: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap duties and inventory handling.
- Support visual merchandising, replenishment and inventory cycles to ensure a well-stocked, presentation-ready sales floor.
- Maintain a high-energy, service-focused presence on the floor while managing multiple customers and assisting teammates as needed.
- Adhere to retail policies, loss-prevention procedures and asset-protection guidelines; keep sales floor and stockroom organized.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviours professionally.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie-talkie.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment and to manage multiple priorities.
- Social media savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
- Strong English language proficiency; a combination of education and experience will be considered.

Experience
Minimum one year of retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail and familiarity with omni-channel selling and clienteling preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
