Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized client experience consistent with brand service standards.
  • Build and sustain client relationships via styling advice, product expertise, and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Execute omni‑channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live demos) to capture client data and close sales.
  • Achieve individual and team KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
  • Perform daily store operations including efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash‑wrap duties, inventory receipt and replenishment.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep sales floor and stockroom orderly and fully stocked while adhering to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support team performance by assisting across functional areas, fostering a collaborative environment and participating in brand initiatives and training.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to operate POS and mobile POS systems (iPad/laptop); comfortable with basic retail technology and walkie‑talkie communication.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Physically capable of regular lifting of 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and navigating sales floor and stockroom activities.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
