Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated, personalized customer service aligned with brand standards.

- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling/short-form video to capture customer data and convert engagement into sales.
- Support daily store operations including transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Maintain floor and stockroom standards, follow asset-protection and POS procedures, and assist teammates across functional areas.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; model a calm, professional demeanor and receptiveness to feedback.
- Perform physical tasks required by retail operations (lifting up to 25–50 lbs, climbing, bending, kneeling) safely and consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physically able to perform retail duties (regularly lift ~25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).
- Preferred: social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, and clienteling/data-acquisition experience.

At least one year of customer-facing sales experience, ideally within luxury or premium retail; proven ability to meet sales targets and to sell across omni‑channel touchpoints.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational retail training or some college preferred.
