Coach seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Cherry Hill, NJ. $15.00–$19.50/hr; deliver elevated, omni‑channel luxury retail experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver elevated, personalized client experiences through styling, product expertise and fashion advice to build long‑term relationships.
- Drive sales performance using cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Engage in omni‑channel selling: operate mobile POS, process online order pickups/returns/exchanges, and use clienteling tools to capture customer data.
- Leverage social selling and short‑form video to acquire customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Maintain an organized, clean and well‑stocked sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, retail policy and asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and product movement; assist teammates across functional areas to achieve store objectives.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods to meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven POS operation experience and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, mobile POS); familiarity with clienteling tools and social selling.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work at a fast pace while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to business needs.
- Physical ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in a retail environment.
- Availability for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays and peak seasons.

Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail, clienteling, social media selling or live‑stream/video demos is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
