Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through product expertise, personalized styling and proactive follow-up to encourage repeat purchases.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and close sales.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and participate in promotional and brand initiatives.
- Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickup) and adhere to POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Support daily store operations including inventory receipt and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom organization.
- Maintain a high-energy sales floor presence, manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
- Assist teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and participate in training and inclusion activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop, mobile POS).
- Ability to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Combination of education and experience will be considered.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail or high-end brand experience is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working to sales targets and using mobile POS and clienteling technologies.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant sales experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
