Coach in Carmel, California seeks a Part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service, clienteling and omni-channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Develop lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data, close sales and support omni-channel fulfilment (returns, exchanges, online pickup).
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.
  • Adhere to POS procedures, asset protection policies and retail loss-prevention practices.
  • Support inventory cycles, assist teammates across functional areas and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt professional behaviour to maintain a calm, customer-focused demeanour.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie-talkie.
  • Ability to read price and release sheets and perform basic computer tasks for clienteling and data capture.
  • Strong English proficiency required; social media savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos is preferred.
  • Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, seasonal peaks and public holidays.
  • Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in sales floor and stockroom environments.

Experience
