Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and brand positioning
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling consultations, product expertise, and fashion advice tailored to customer preferences
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and data-informed recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain ongoing relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to operational needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap procedures, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization and cleanliness; uphold retail policies, POS protocols, and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently—including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock merchandise, and manage product movement
- Assist team members across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome constructive feedback and maintain professional composure in high-paced situations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail environments
- Proven knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems, mobile POS platforms, and basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, walkie-talkie)
- Ability to interpret price and release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced retail environment
- Physical capability to lift minimum 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
- Luxury retail background (preferred)
- Social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
- Clienteling and data acquisition expertise (preferred)
