Coach Sales Associate, Bethlehem, PA – Part-time retail position offering $15–$19.50/hr with medical, dental, 401(k), and paid parental leave.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and brand positioning
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, fashion trends knowledge, and tailored recommendations
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and data-driven recommendations based on customer preferences
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, CRM platforms, and social selling channels (including short-form video and live-stream shopping) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales and build loyalty
- Maintain high energy and engagement on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to evolving business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap management, inventory processing, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas as required; foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and workplace inclusion activities
- Demonstrate flexibility in approach, welcome feedback, and maintain professional composure in fast-paced environments
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail sales experience; luxury retail background highly preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems, iPad/laptop, mobile POS platforms, walkie-talkie communication, and ability to read price and release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Social media savvy and familiarity with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, and digital engagement platforms
- Experience with clienteling, CRM platforms, and customer data acquisition and management
- Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally); ability to climb, bend, kneel, and work efficiently on sales floor and in stockroom
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days (including public holidays)
Skills
Experience
1+ years of retail sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred. Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor positioning is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and sales experience will be considered.
