Coach Sales Associate position in Bellevue, Washington. Deliver luxury retail service, build client relationships, and drive sales at Bellevue Square store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations to meet or exceed KPIs
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Maintain clean and organized sales floor and stockroom; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage collective performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail with knowledge of fashion trends and competitor landscape
- Experience operating POS systems and mobile POS technology on iPad or laptop
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use handheld communication devices
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate the sales floor and stockroom
- Luxury retail background, social media savvy, and familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
- Clienteling and customer data acquisition experience (preferred)
