Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer service in accordance with Coach service and style standards.
- Build and sustain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross-selling, upselling, and executing personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Engage in omnichannel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream demonstrations) to capture client data and convert sales.
- Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and maintain accurate cash-wrap procedures.
- Support daily store operations: receive shipments, replenish merchandise, complete inventory cycles, and execute visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a high-energy floor presence; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to business needs and peak periods.
- Follow retail policies and asset-protection procedures; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and stocked.
- Assist teammates across functional areas and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviors professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop, mobile POS); able to read price/release sheets and use walkie‑talkies.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Preferred: social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, and demonstrated clienteling and data-acquisition skills.

At least 1 year of sales experience; prior luxury retail experience is preferred. A combination of relevant education and on-the-job experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
